Healing is a term that has been used for many centuries and only recently has come to mean as little as “getting better” or recovering from an illness. To heal means to become whole. The word health comes from an Anglo Saxon word meaning "wholeness, a being whole, sound or well" and has further connotations of holy or sacred, as well as of restoring harmony.

The native American Indians used ceremony to heal, or to make whole, those members of their tribes that were in some way perceived as being out of harmony with themselves, their behaviour, the natural world, the community and the spirit world, and thus restore them to their rightful way of being within the world.

In this sense, this session is intended to assist you in accessing different levels of your being within the world and to assist you in bringing all these levels into an inner sense of harmony with each other and the world. It is by bringing all levels of one’s own being into harmony and congruence with each other and with the wholeness of existence that we can all experience the power of healing within ourselves and the world...

If you are looking for a traditional hypnosis session, this programme is not for you. The hypnosis session employs looped and nested metaphor in the form of stories, hidden ambiguity and embedded suggestion, as well as carefully selected auditory frequencies and meditative brainwave entrainment. You will not experience the standard inductions, but rather be taken on a voyage of inner discovery within which you can discover just what it is most useful for you to notice as healing takes place at every level.
